Introduction
Room Vision Pro ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed by Muhammad Sulman Gull. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use our iOS and Android applications.
We do not require you to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. The information we do collect is limited to what is necessary to run the App, generate the AI redesigns you request, prevent abuse of the free tier, and process in-app purchases.
Information We Collect
Photos You Provide
- When you tap Generate, the room photo you selected is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our backend, which forwards it to OpenAIfor AI-powered redesign. This transmission is required for the App to work.
- We do not store your original photo on our servers. It is held transiently in memory during processing and discarded once the redesign is returned.
- Generated redesign images are returned to your device and saved locally in the App's private storage. They are not stored on our servers.
- OpenAI processes the image under its API data-usage policy. Per that policy, images submitted through the API are not used to train OpenAI models.
Device Identifiers
- A hardware identifier (Android:
Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID; iOS: identifierForVendor) is sent on first launch so our backend can look up whether your device has already used its free generation. This prevents abuse of the free tier by uninstalling and reinstalling the App. - We generate an internal, random device token that identifies your device to our backend for the life of the install. It is not linked to your name, email, or advertising identity.
App and Diagnostic Info
- App version and platform (iOS or Android), for compatibility and analytics.
- Generation metadata: room type, style selected, whether the generation succeeded, duration, and an anonymous error message on failure. This helps us maintain quality and diagnose issues.
- Standard server logs from Firebase App Hosting, including your IP address, the HTTP request path, and a timestamp. These are retained by Google Cloud per its default retention policy.
Purchase Information
- When you purchase credits, the platform's signed transaction receipt (from the App Store on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android) is sent to our backend for validation.
- We store the transaction ID, product ID, credits granted, currency, and price micros for accounting and fraud prevention. We do not receive or store your payment method — that is handled entirely by Apple and Google.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Your contacts, calendar, or address book
- Precise or coarse location
- Health, fitness, or biometric data
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
- Financial or payment card details
- Passwords or account credentials

Third-Party Services
Room Vision Pro relies on the following third-party services:
OpenAI
Firebase (Google)
- We use Firebase App Hosting to run the backend, Firestore to store the data described above, and Firebase App Check (App Attest on iOS, Play Integrity on Android) to verify requests come from a legitimate copy of the App.
- Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Apple App Store & Google Play Billing
- All in-app purchases are processed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android). We never see your payment credentials.
Data Storage and Security
- All network traffic between the App and our backend uses TLS (HTTPS).
- Server-side data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with access restricted by Firebase security rules and admin-only credentials.
- Your original photos, generated images, and design history are stored locally on your devicein the App's private sandbox. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
- Firebase App Check protects the backend from unauthorized requests originating outside the App.
Data Sharing
We do not:
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Share your data with advertisers or data brokers
- Use your data for cross-app tracking
- Use your photos or usage data to train any AI models
Your Rights and Choices
- Camera / Photo Library Access — You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
- Delete individual designs— Delete any past design from the App's history screen.
- Delete all local data — Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.
- Delete server-side data — Request deletion of your device record, generation history, and associated data by emailing antilop6@gmail.comfrom any address with the device ID shown in the App's Settings screen, or by visiting our support page. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Purchase records may be retained where required for tax or accounting compliance.
Children's Privacy
Room Vision Pro is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us so we can delete the associated data.
International Users
Our backend runs in Google Cloud data centers, which may be located outside your country of residence. By using the App you consent to your data being processed in those regions, subject to the safeguards described in this policy.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
